About the Foundation

A foundation built on enduring principles.

Established in 2017 to carry forward the values that defined a life of extraordinary purpose.

Our Mission

To inspire lives and build futures.

The Norma Pace Foundation was established to honor and continue the lifelong commitments of Norma T. Pace—a woman whose career, conscience, and conviction were inseparable.

We support initiatives that form the whole person: cultivating faith as the ground of meaning, education as the means of flourishing, and character as the measure of every life well lived.

"Discipline, integrity, and service—these are the foundations of every life worth building."

Fidem · Doctrina · Ethica

Three pillars, formed together.

Fidem · Faith

We believe faith is not an addendum to a serious life but its foundation. The Foundation supports parishes, ministries, and Catholic schools that form belief alongside intellect.

Doctrina · Education

Rigorous education shaped Norma's life from East Harlem classrooms to corporate boardrooms. We invest in scholarships and programs that make formative learning accessible.

Ethica · Character

Knowledge without conscience is empty. We champion mentorship and leadership formation that produces people of integrity, prepared to serve.

Rooted deeply. Reaching higher.

Like the tree on our crest, the Foundation is grounded in tradition while extending toward the people and communities who will shape what comes next.
